3 months free access to the Read your Body app—the only one I recommend as they provide data security with on device memory as well as encrypted backup, and full chart and method customizability. (After this, the annual fee is very small, and absolutely worth it.) You can also chart on paper, but many prefer the ease of digital charts. Read Your Body also has the option to download charts as well, including for printing, which is an amazing feature!
